Videos and podcasts

Well needless to say I'm as confused as always. It seems everytime I get into a new lesson and try to do one of the 'assignments' I'm asked to join another whatever and being old school, I get a little spooked with what I'm signing up for (Due to my lack of knowledge of all these things). I'm attempting to put a link on here for a cute video I looked at on YOUTUBE. Here's the link : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_OBlgSz8sSM I hope this works as this is really pretty cute. When I went into flikr video, it looked to me like alot of them came from youtube, which confused me even more. And how do you wade through all this information? Maybe it's just that it is so new to me. I did find a marvelous site for Photoshop tutorials and have learned alot already. I just have to try some of these techniques on a photo.

Well I just reread this and I sound like I'm rambling on, so give the link a try.

Just me,

Flickr

This is a test post from flickr, a fancy photo sharing thing.

Help!

OK!!!! So I'm not the smartest pea in the pod. I uploaded pictures to my flicker account and then tried to add a couple to a post like this and they don't show up. I have tried three times and I went in to make sure the photos were available to the public----so is there something else I need to try?

Any help is most appreciated.

Frustrated!

RSS Feeds #2

Well I have been blogging and checking my reader and I have come to the conclusion you can spend a lot of time on all these things! Soooo---how do you know what sites are great sites and which ones are not? How do you keep from getting all the junk info in the reader? (I'm sure it is through the links---but is there a way to stop some of it?) And how much time should a person spend on the reader - at work I mean?

Anyway--I have enjoyed what I have done and with a little help from my friends I'm learning to navigate around and find the areas I have created---can you tell I have never blogged or used an RSS reader before?---I would go into more detail, but I'm sure I would bore you all.

The next big thing is the flickr thing---I think I experiencing brain overload

Till next week-

RSS Feeds

Well- I have put all of the blogs of the class into a folder on my Google Reader and feel that was quite simple. I'm going to work on other areas hopefully today, but maybe tomorrow, as I do have to get some work done.

I can really see the timesaving factor---I hope I can get the hang of this better. I do really like the learning of new things-I just wish things would stay in the brain a little longer---

Anyway Onward & Upward!!!!
